Wendy joined Ditchley in 2021 after nearly 30 years at Oxford University, most recently as Head of Operations at the Museum of Natural History. During her time at Oxford she was involved in a number of large scale capital projects, events and art installations. At Ditchley Wendy leads on financial and estate management and oversees the rolling restoration projects. As COO Wendy is responsible for the logistics of the core activity in addition to the expansion of the commercial offer. Living on the Ditchley Estate with her family Wendy enjoys walking, gardening and swimming.
