Tom Plant

Tom leads on Defence and Geopolitics at Ditchley and works across our network to shape the programme with the goal of addressing the most pressing and complex issues in this field. He also runs Liminal Minds Limited, a research and consulting firm that works with governments and non-profits on international security issues. Previously he worked on nuclear proliferation and arms control issues at the UK Ministry of Defence, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, King's College London, the Atomic Weapons Establishment, and most recently at the Royal United Services Institute.
