Rivals without, enemies within: standing up for democracy in the 21st century

On Saturday 10th July, The Honorable Malcolm Turnbull AC delivered Ditchley’s 57th Annual Lecture. The speech was a robust defence of the values of democracy whilst acknowledging the allure and threats of more populist or authoritarian systems.
