Capital Project Manager
Neil joined The Ditchley Foundation as Capital Project Manager in August 2023 to manage a range of refurbishment and building projects planned as part of the Ditchley Estate Capital Plan. For the previous 6 years, Neil was Head of Buildings & Projects at St Hilda’s College in Oxford, overseeing two major capital projects and transforming the College & gardens for their 125th Anniversary. Prior to that, Neil spent 23 years at Oxford University Estates, originally appointed as an architect and ending up as a Senior Capital Project Manager. University projects were many and varied, including cutting edge science laboratories, medical teaching facilities, research offices, historic building work, museum refurbishments, departmental relocations, and a new access road to the Science Park.
