Originally from Spain, Raquel recently graduated from the University of Manchester in Politics, Philosophy and Economics with International Studies. During her degree, she completed a one-year University Diploma in International and Comparative Studies at the University of SciencesPo Toulouse. Alongside this, she has worked with multiple NGOs in the Greater Manchester area focused on giving back to the wider community. As the Data in Democracies Networks Lead and Data Scientist, she is interested in the intersection between data, security, and society. She is also keen on conflict resolution studies and nation-building, collaborating with charitable organisations to provide help in Afghanistan.
