Our Mission
Ditchley works with people from across the world to help sustain peace, freedom and the rule of law.
Ditchley brings people together to think new things and make new connections. Our aim is to help sustain peace, freedom and the rule of law and we work towards the renewal of democratic societies, states and alliances.
Using proprietary technology and conscious, well researched human judgement we build the right connections and, through a range of events and engagements at Ditchley Park and beyond, we create space for strategic thinking and orchestrate frank conversations across divides of opinion, expertise, geography and generations.
Our primary route to impact is through people, engaging the individuals and organisations globally and locally with direct influence over outcomes. Together we work towards addressing complex problems which require sustained, persistent and incremental activity. Events demonstrate how urgent and important this work is today.
We are not tied to the agenda of any government, political party or commercial interest.
Preview of Upcoming Programme
Spanning our four core themes of Geopolitics, Democracy, Technology, and Energy & Climate, Ditchley discussions address complex challenges that often do not have simple solutions. Our invitation-only convenings gather a judicious mix of leaders and emerging talent from across the public and private sectors to encourage conversations across divides and create space for strategic thinking. Events range from our gold standard monthly conferences to small backchannel talks with key people to large-scale assemblies, such as the Annual Lecture.
