Jonathan Black is a strategist, systems leader and senior adviser on geoeconomics and geopolitics at the intersection of sovereign policy and global market decision making. He has over two decades of experience at the centre of UK government, most recently having served as G7/G20 Sherpa and Deputy National Security Adviser. He was the Prime Minister’s Representative for the UK-hosted Bletchley Park AI Summit and principal Brexit negotiator. He is a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at Columbia University Center for Global Energy Policy at School for International and Public Affairs, an Emeritus Governor at the London School of Economics, and was previously Heywood Fellow at the Blavatnik School of Government.
