Jonathan Black is a strategist and senior adviser at the intersection of sovereign policy, emerging technology and global market decision-making. Over two decades at the centre of UK government — as G7/G20 Sherpa, Deputy National Security Adviser, PM’s Representative at the Bletchley Park AI Safety Summit, and senior Brexit negotiator — he advised successive Prime Ministers on the defining challenges of the decade. He is now a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at Columbia University (Center for Global Energy Policy / SIPA) and Senior Visiting Fellow at the Ditchley Foundation, and provides senior counsel to businesses, investors and foundations on geopolitics and Artificial Intelligence.
