House Keeping Assistant

Contract: Part time, 30 hrs per week

Deadline: 5th January 2026

As the Housekeeping Assistant, reporting to the House and Collections Care Manager, you’ll be working with a great housekeeping team in an incredible place, helping with the day-to-day cleaning and care of the house and its collection. No detail will go unnoticed, and you’ll keep a keen eye on everything from the environmental conditions in a room, to signs of wear and tear. You will ensure that the high standard of cleanliness and presentation is maintained for the Foundation’s events.

Event Relief Chef

Contract: Casual, zero hour contract

The Event Chef is under the direction and line management of the Development/Head Chef and works closely with the House management team to ensure that Ditchley Foundation guests and visitors have a first-class dining experience whilst eating at Ditchley. You need passion for food and a love of local, seasonal ingredients. You’ll be someone who performs well under pressure and recognises the importance of motivating and leading junior members of staff who may also be working under pressure.
