Mike Montagu

Mike previously spent two years with facilities management company Sodexo as COO of an incipient defence project.  This followed a career in the Army, which included battalion command and Defence Attaché in Rome, and culminated as Chief of Staff of the Defence Academy in Shrivenham.  His principal outside interest is music, singing with the Cathedral Singers at Christ Church, Oxford.  He also maintains his military links as The Rifles’ County Colonel in Oxfordshire.  Mike read Latin with Archaeology at Exeter University and has an MA in International Liaison & Communication from Westminster University.  He speaks Italian and French and is married with three sons and a grandchild.
