Kirsty joined Ditchley in May 2024, to support James Arroyo, Ditchley’s Director. Kirsty brings with her many years’ experience of providing support at executive level, gained from working for small startup businesses to multi-national companies. Her passion is organisation and planning. Kirsty spent 5 years living in the Middle East; an experience she embraced and feels privileged to have been offered. Outside of work, Kirsty loves to cook, potter in the garden, and spend time with family and friends.
