Katie joined Ditchley in 2006 following a career in arts administration culminating in her position as Operations Manager at a mixed programme theatre. Katie’s current role encompasses programme delivery, responsibility for the operations and estates team, IT infrastructure and governance. This latter includes Company Secretary for The Ditchley Foundation and Ditchley Park Conference Centre Ltd. Away from Ditchley Katie has a husband, dog and allotment which are not necessarily in receipt of her attentions in that order.
