Yoko Dochi is Managing Partner at SoftBank Group International in London.
She joined SoftBank Group Corp. in Tokyo as Global Head of Investor Relations in 2018, after serving 17 years at Toyota Motor Corporation as Principal Investor Relations Officer and EMEA Head of investor Relations. Institutional Investor’s All-Japan Executive Surveys ranked Yoko as Best IR Professional in autos (2013-2019) and telecommunication & technology (2020). Yoko was previously an investment banker for 13 years at the World Bank Group in Washington D.C. and the Bank of Tokyo (now MUFJ Financial Group) in Tokyo. She has championed gender diversity in her corporate executive roles.
She serves on the board of trustees at Daiwa Anglo-Japanese Foundation and the Japan Society in the UK and as NED of a public company board in Japan. Yoko is a graduate of Tokyo University (BA in German Studies & International Relations) and Oxford University (MPhil in Management Studies).
