Ms Pamela Dow
Chief Operating Officer, Civic Future
Pamela is the COO of Civic Future, a new organisation to open up politics and public life to a broader range of talent. Prior to this she was a Senior Civil Servant, most recently in the Cabinet Office having founded and led the Government skills Campus. In a career spanning the private, public and social sectors, Pamela has supported major public service reforms, notably in education and criminal justice. Her government experience spans strategy, policy, communication and delivery roles in the Department for Education, Ministry of Justice, HMP Wandsworth, and Tech City UK (Tech Nation). She began her career as a consultant and lobbyist in the private sector.
