Aydin has held roles in policy and campaigning with experience in NGOs (Euro-Mediterranean Resources Networks) and journalism. He has a strong interest in both domestic politics and international policy and is writing a paper on international comparative devolution. Aydin holds a UCL MSc in International Public Policy and a BA in Politics from the University of York and University of Copenhagen. He also works on labour politics and has a keen interest on the dangers of authoritarianism as well as an avid interest in China, Turkey, and the US.
